I am a writer, creative, travel advisor, wellness advocate, and lifelong encourager of people learning to rebuild, redesign, and reclaim their lives with dignity.
My background includes decades of work in fashion, sewing, customer service, real estate, ministry, voiceover, music, writing, and creative entrepreneurship. I am also a Certified Accessible Travel Advisor, and my own life experience with illness, mobility changes, recovery, and reinvention deeply shapes the way I serve others.

The Meaning Behind the Swan
The swan has always carried personal meaning for me.
My mother loved swans — in art, in collectibles, and in what they represented. To her, the swan was graceful and beautiful, but never weak. Its softness could be deceptive. Beneath the elegance was strength, sharpness, protection, and fierce inner power.
After my mother passed, that meaning became even deeper for me. Although she lived with disability and became bedridden, she remained intelligent, beautiful, graceful, sharp, and strong in spirit. The swan came to represent not only beauty, but resilience beneath the surface.
That is part of the heart of SwanStyle™.
